Summary Wow. The 928 blows me away. It`s basically a 920 v2 with subtle improvements in a lot of key areas. Verizon is lucky to have this handset, and theirs comes unlocked out of the box for region-free use, something AT&T didn`t offer on their 920 (and still technically don`t if you`re not a subscriber). The biggest complaints against the 920 were its size and weight. While I didn`t agree with those detractors, the 928 does a lot to quell those complaints and will likely invite many Verizon subscribers to try a new WP8 device. I wish this would have been available earlier, but better late than never. Before I owned a WP device, I was on Android and really enjoyed the simpler and more streamlined interface that WP pushed. There`s a lot of growth to come for this platform, which makes me excited since I already really enjoy it. If you`re in the hunt for a WP8 device to try and are on Verizon or are considering Verizon, this is a much better option than the so-so Lumia 822 or the HTC 8X. Nokia does a great job supporting their users with cool apps and regular updates. If you need an unlocked phone, this is a good deal too!
`The good news here is that the Lumia 928 looks awesome. It’s the Lumia we should have always had: the one choc-full of Nokia’s Pureview camera technology.
The camera is really the headline that Nokia is pushing here. It’s an 8.7-megapixel shooter with Carl Zeiss optics and an aperture of f/2.0. The 928 packs in Nokia’s Optical Image Stabilisation gear like it did in the Lumia 920, only it’s better this time around. The 928 is branded as having Pureview technology, which was last spotted in Nokia’s crazy “41-megapixel” Pureview 808.
The PureView technology works in a couple of ways. On the Pureview 808, for example, the image sensor was enormous, the optics were fine-tuned on the device, and some Nokia maths was going on under the hood to actually get these images to an insane resolution of 7728 x 5368 pixels. That’s billboard-size.
The Lumia 928 doesn’t go quite that gung-ho when it comes to the camera, but it does have Pureview branding, which hopefully means it has the same Nokia maths under the hood to help smooth out pixellated images and improve the quality of the camera while zooming. That’s what the Pureview 808 was all about.
The Lumia 928 has already shown that it can do some incredible stuff in low-light, much like the predecessor 920 model, and when it finally gets its day in the teardown lab, we might be able to see what’s going on under the hood to get us these cracking images.
The other good news comes from the Lumia 928′s screen. It’s a 4.5-inch WXGA screen with a resolution of 1280×768 and 334 ppi. The most interesting thing about the display, however, is the different modes available.`

Koliko se meni cini, ovo je jedan ``highly biased review``. Pominje kako ``ovo NE nude drugi provajderi...na primer, AT&T...``. Tek pazljivijim citanjem dokumenta na koji nas odvodi Nokijin link, doznajemo da je model dostupan ISKLJUCIVO kupovinom (uz, naravno, ugovornu obavezu) kod Verizon-a:

``Buy online See the latest offers`` ne vodi nikud (mrtav link za ovaj model). To u prevodu sa trgovackog znaci: stotinak $ za phone, pa onda, mesecna berba usiju... Kupac kasno shvati da je za te pare mogao da kupi jedan semi pro fotoaparat + solidnog Samsunga ili G-ja, NEVEZANO za provajdera......
Bilo bi interesantno kada bi proizvodjaci imali bar jedan mocniji model ali bez fensi kamera (samo neka obicnjak od par megapixela) i time smanje trosak za one kojima su nepotrebne.

vec SAMO kafa. Medjutim, monopolista te ucenjuje: ``hoces 100 gr kafe? No problem, evo ti 100 gr kafe...ali ``u paketu`` sa jednom dzezvom i dve keramicke soljice...``... Ne znamo da napravimo konkurentan telefon? Nije problem: u bilo koji model ugradimo...teleskop. Je li nas briga sto je LG konkurentniji? Ne. Kako to? Pa, lepo: nas telefon ce kupovati astronomi-amateri (marketinski eksperti ce ih vec uveriti da im je ova ponuda povoljna)...
@quna (mali offtopic): fotografises li sta (jesi li okacio nesto novo)? Ja sam svoju opremu prosirio jednim G15 - luda sprava: malecak, mocan, pouzdan, a kvalitetne fotke i pri zestokim osetljivostima...
